I lead engineering teams that build and run cloud platforms: Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, secure delivery pipelines, and the tooling that lets product teams ship without thinking about any of it.

I've spent ten years in consulting and product engineering, moving from hands-on DevOps work to leading engineering across EMEA. Along the way I've designed container platforms on all three major clouds, built supply-chain and runtime security into delivery pipelines, and helped enterprises move from data-centre estates to cloud-native operations.

I care about platforms that are boring in the best way: reproducible, observable and secure by default. I also care about growing the engineers who run them. Lately I've been applying LLM-based agents to operational work such as triage, remediation and cost control, where they take toil off people.
